Jillian Krumbach
Jillian and her husband, Brent, have 6 children- Talia (forever 14), Milo (13), Ruby (11), Porter (10), Silas (3) and Henry (3). Jillian is a nurse and Omaha native and has spent the last 12 years in higher education. Jillian is the Director of Undergraduate Nursing for Nebraska Methodist College. Her family loves to travel, hike, and spend time near the mountains or water. Jillian and Brent are running a half marathon in each state and hope to cross 6 more off this year.
Jillian was compelled to join the Christ Child Board because she has personally seen the scholarship program benefit so many deserving future nurses at NMC! She is grateful to be a part of an organization serving so many in tangible ways.
Michelle Chartrand
Michelle, along with her husband Ed, have five sons and are members of St. Margaret Mary Parish. Michelle has spent most of her career in nonprofit development and marketing, working at the Omaha Children’s Museum for the past eleven years. Recently, Michelle opened Launch Bright Creative, an exhibit design, marketing & PR firm serving nonprofits and family-focused attractions.
Michelle was compelled to join the Christ Child Society Board of Directors because of its impactful mission and the hands-on efforts from both the board of directors and community volunteers.
Katie Blakeman
Katie and her husband, Clete, have two children Maeve and Hudson. Katie is honored to be a member of Christ Child and to be involved with the work that happens in this organization. As an organization Christ Child brings hope, love, and courage to families in need. As a mother, Katie knows how important this work is and can see that even the smallest things such as a layette can make a difference. Katie wants to give back and help empower those in need to help them reach their goals in life.
